Description & Commencement 

These Terms and Conditions be called Jetsup Holidays Private Limited ( A Domestic and International Destination Management Company or Travel Company ) Terms and Conditions.

Jetsup Holidays Private Limited will be hereinafter referred as “Jetsup Holidays”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” and its users our customers referred as “Guest”, “them” or “they”, “You”, “Your”.

These Terms & Conditions applicable to all Domestic and International Tours, Corporate Tour, Group Tour, Customized Tour & Travel Packages, Holiday Packages, and itinerary organized by Jetsup Holidays Private Limited.

Foreign Exchange: For Currency exchange from Jetsup Holidays Private Limited. The Terms and conditions shall be as per RBI & GOI rules. We kindly refer to our website for details.

By using our website, you give your unqualified consent to the website’s terms of use, and you confirm to comply with these.

Definitions 

In these Terms and Conditions, or else the context requires

Jetsup Holidays Private Limited works under the name ‘Jetsup Holidays’, therefore, these both names shall be considered one and the same and used synonymously everywhere.

Guest/s means all the customers, groups, persons, clients, tourist, travellers, visitors, sightseers, who have submitted their names or inquired about tour/itinerary packages or booked a tour by giving partial or full payment for any confirmed or planned tours, customized tour/packages or any other travel related services provided by Jetsup Holidays ( which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning and include their concerned/respective heirs, executors, and administrators )

Customized Tour/Travel/Holiday package means a modified holiday or tour wherein an itinerary is designed as per the requirements of individuals or groups.

FIT means Free Independent Travel, though Jetsup Holidays does not entertain this travel service (FIT) and only entertain GIT, means Group Inclusive Tour/Group Tour/Corporate Tour

Tour/s or Travel means any Domestic or International Tours organized by Jetsup Holidays

Domestic or India tours designed for anyone to explore the states of India and the Indian subcontinent from India.

MICE/Corporate tour/ means particular group tourism dedicated to booking, planning, and facilitating Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions, Seminars, and other events.

Allied service providers contain Hotel, management, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries, tour guides who provide the services to the Guests.

We don’t fix the price for the tours provided by us as we only entertain Corporate/Group tour which is generally customized/modified as per the guests’ choice or requirement so the finalized price of such tour is subjected to be vary depending on requirements.

The first day of the group tour/itinerary/corporate tour/ may start at any time, Be it morning, afternoon, or evening, at the very first location/destination/site depending on the arrival of scheduled or concerned flight/train/cruise or any other mode of transportation and the same will be applicable in case of the last day of the tour. In a nutshell, a ‘Day” shall mean a duration/period/time or part of the day or 24hrs or its relative part thereof.

Force Majeure:

Neither Jetsup Holidays nor any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, tour managers, or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of, any failure to perform or due to delay in execution or performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such execution is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, embargo, sabotage, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil disruption. Which shall further express as below:

• Declared or undeclared war, hostile invasion, act of foreign enemies;

• Civil disruption, riot, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war

• Explosion, Epidemic, fire, flood, earthquake, or other exceptional natural calamity and act of God

• Ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste/refuse from the combustion or process of nuclear fuel, radioactive or toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive or radioactive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such

• Any act or omission of any state of central government instrumentality

• A change in legal requirements

• Strikes, lockouts or other industrial disruption or disturbances;

• Sudden huge weather change or abnormal weather or sea/ocean conditions including tempest, lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain & temperatures.

Both you and Jetsup Holidays shall use their best effort to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the reason of the Force majeure, the Terms of Use given hereinafter shall again become fully operative. However, a Force majeure event shall not relieve you or Jetsup Holidays of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force majeure.

Tour manager/escort, leader: A person designated by the company to assist/guide/escort/ the guests in and or during India and/or World Tours Organized by Jetsup Holidays.

VISA means a certificate or a legal document issued by a competent authority, immigration department or other authorities of a country to show/display or prove that the applicant’s credentials or identity has been verified and he or she has been granted permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a certain or specified or declared period. (please note the company does not have any role to play for issuance/ rejection of Visas other than being a guide or facilitator)

Terms and Conditions mean all these terms and conditions including booking criteria, tour payment, tour packages, itinerary, web pages, and its form submission, and other documents as may be updated from time to time.
