How Jetsup Holidays Team Amazed Its Guests In Udaipur Corporate Tour

Our Jetsup Holidays team reached the Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort with our clients in the sunny morning. We all were tired after a night of flight. In July, the humidity and temperature usually remain a bit high in Rajasthan. We were trying to conceal our exhaustive faces but the odor of sweating and drained voice were revealing how excited we were for our corporate tour in Udaipur. As soon as we entered Radisson Blu Palace Resort, our tiredness disappeared suddenly when we saw a folk dance group starting Rajasthan’s famous traditional dance ‘Ghoomar’.

This group was actually welcoming us at Radisson Blu Resort. Everyone was amazed to receive such a fascinating reception. The staff of the Resort greeted us in Indian customary way which truly enthralled and refreshed our mind. And more interestingly, when the dance group asked to join them, everyone took part joyfully.

This was the start of  our Udaipur tour. Jetsup Holidays team was bearing pressure as we had to prepare ourselves for the execution of the events as per our pre-planned schedule of the trip. But such preparedness is usual for us. In all of the tours, we have to be attentive, organized, indefatigable and take care of every minor comfort & need of our clients so that they can relish their holiday period more amazingly.

Meanwhile, our guests were taking rest in the luxuriant resort and rejoicing their leisure time after a tedious journey. They were enjoying lavish stay and exploring the spacious Resort. We noticed how curiously they were watching the spectacular cityscape of Udaipur.

Now our expedition begins by exploring the most amazing places in Udaipur city. It is quite famous for its awesome lakes and palaces. It has many popular synonyms like ‘the Venice of east’, ‘the city of lakes’ and ‘the most romantic city in Rajasthan’. It is situated in the middle of Aravalli ranges, which makes it more captivating.

A land of regal era, this city holds a very remarkable history of royal empires and kingdoms. That is why Jetsup Team chose this exotic. And undoubtedly, our guests were also eager to explore Udaipur Trip and execute their scheduled corporate events.

City Palace:

We first visited the City Palace. Located on the east bank of Lake Pichola, City Palace holds a very significant story in Udaipur. Its marvelous architecture compels everyone to be stunned. This palace complex has many gateways, halls and a museum inside. Our people explored the inside attractions and view the fascinating vista of Lake Pichola.

Fateh Sagar Lake:

After City Palace, we went to another attractive site, Fateh Sagar Lake. This artificial lake has many charming things to discover. They wandered Fateh Sagar Lake and visited a boat-shaped restaurant near Nehru Park. Everyone was enthralled by the alluring elegance of its surrounding hills, wood architecture and the mesmerizing panorama of the afternoon at Fateh Sagar Lake.

Boat ride on Lake Pichola:

The sun was setting down, but the energy of our people was on high. We reached lake Pichola for boat ride. Our guests were excited to experience this ride. Lake Pichola encompasses spectacular attractions of small islands, beautiful palaces, great mansions, amazing restaurants, etc. And what is the most special thing about Lake Pichola its mesmerizing sunset scenery which was so exceptional. Even the people were spellbound to witness such an extraordinary landscape.

The first day of the tour had come to end. We were returning to the resort by a luxurious bus. But for Jetsup Holidays Team, there is no relaxing time. Sometimes it feels seriously arduous to entertain people on a leisure tour. But when we see joy and zeal on our clients’ faces, it realizes to us what our tireless efforts mean.

In the evening, we had a plan to conduct an interesting event to amuse everyone. And the event was…

Loser becomes Winner

Our Jetsup event management team made all the arrangements and got prepared to amaze. Jetsup Holidays always endeavors to integrate its travel services with a fantastic blend of fun and motivation. The event game ‘Loser becomes Winner’ was organized to inspire and make people aware of their health & good lifestyle.

In this game, the participants have to weigh their body weight then choose how much weight they want to lose or gain in order to balance their BMI ratio. But what was the interesting theme? You have to pledge and explain how you would execute this. And the game begins…

Everyone came one by one and wrote their pledge about how much weight they want to reduce or gain. And as expected, the majority pledged to lose weight and uttered their weight loss plan. People were hilariously enjoying this unique event as they were watching their friends and colleagues laughing, shying, boasting, etc.

Meanwhile, the Jetsup team was tirelessly working to energize the full engagement in the game participation. Finally, the moment had come to announce the winner of the game. The winner would be awarded by the title ‘Biggest Loser becomes Winner’. As the name announced, the winner scrambled to the stage which made everyone laughed. His age was 37years. Well, the game made everyone happy as it was unique in its nature to inspire as well as to entertain.

The next day in the morning, while enjoying the beautiful aura of dawn in Udaipur. Jetsup team was again in charge to fascinate its people with a new amazing event.

Zumba Dance

Our purpose was to energize our guests in the warm morning of Udaipur to boost their morale. There were two lady presenters to guide on Zumba dance. The people got excited when the two hosts asked to perform Zumba dance while copying them.

As the event commenced, the music hits everyone’s mood and it was so funny to see the crowd how they were failing to match their dance steps with the hosts. Jetsup team was also struggling to match Zumba dance steps. Everyone was laughing and enjoying tremendously while exercising on Zumba dance. Suddenly, the entire crowd started hooting when a South Indian music played as it was obvious, our clients were from the southern part of India.

Conference

The morning got a stupendous start with such an entertaining event. Now as per our schedule, our clients had their business conference at the Resort. Jetsup team again dived in the management of this conference. It was the prime event of our guests so we had to keep a keen vision on every segment for smooth conduct. The company was rewarding its employees for their achievements and performance.

We realized many salient features in this conference like how a business conference could truly passionate the employees of a company, how a corporate event brings fabulous success in the growth of a company. And it was a moment of pride for us that we are also contributing in some way to the growth of an organization. It almost took 3 hours to finish this conference.

Customary Dance

People were celebrating their group holidays and enjoying the magnificent ambiance in Radisson Blu Resort. In the night, a traditional Rajasthani dance show was organized to familiarize Rajasthan’s awesome culture. This cultural dance event was indeed captivating and amusing. The exuberant dress, vibrant dance expression, and their acts were manifesting India’s incredible cultural heritage.

MasterChef 

We were on the last day of our tour in Udaipur. Jetsup Holidays team was set to deliver a terrific end to this. Our team got ready to throw another striking event which was ‘MasterChef’. In this contest, the participants have to showcase their cooking skills. The contender whose food appears most delicious would bag the winning title of ‘MasterChef’. Our guests were very eager to show their cuisine of various luscious foods.

And again, Jetsup team had to gear up to manage this event in the same enthusiastic manner.

All the teams were allotted a certain time to prepare their dishes. In the course of action, Jetsup team was dynamically engaged in order to provide the required items, keep availability of the checklist, labeling prepared dishes and taking note of everything. It was really an offbeat experience for Jetsup team as they were rushing madly in the coordination of the event. Ultimately, the time had arrived to announce the winning team. We were impressed to see sumptuous dishes garnished with enchanting styles. Team 6 won the contest and joyfully exclaimed their winning title ‘MasterChef’.

This event had drained everyone’s energy. Especially, Jetsup team was sweating even in an air-conditioned hall. After the successful conduct of this event, we had to organize the last event of this tour. It wasn’t a participatory event but to watch in leisure.

Magic Show

The guest host of this show was the famous magician Insane Ashish. This was the only event where Jetsup team was relaxing and it was needed indeed. As this show didn’t require any extensive assistance, everyone was asked to watch and enjoy the magic show. The show begins with the surprising appearance of magician Insane Ashish. He demonstrated some unique magic tricks. And when he unveils his fabulous magic acts it stimulated the blaze in the event. Everyone was fascinated to see such deceptive tricks. People admired and were impressed by such phenomenal performance.

Gala Dinner

The show ends. With this, we escorted the people for gala dinner as per our plan. But before they dine, the banquet hall had to groove to the music. Everyone danced in the thrilling ambiance of enjoyment. No one cares what the music is but only cares whether they are unleashing their inside dancer. Finally, people got exhausted and they relished delicious foods in gala dinner. 

By finishing all these amazing events of our Udaipur trip, we departed the next morning. This is how Jetsup Holidays executes a tour. The team always endeavors to provide the best travel services. Therefore we had received a great appreciation and admiration from the clients on this tour. In fact, every tour gives us an awesome and learning experience. And the most challenging part is to come up with extraordinary ideas that should amaze.
